WARRANTY

All holiday decor products are either UL or CSA/US approved and are warranted against defects for one year from the date of purchase. All holiday decor products are manufactured and rated for temporary installation (up to 90 days at a time) and are not intended for permanent or year-round, continuous use. The warranty is null and void if product is used or installed in a manner other than specified by the manufacturer guidelines and recommendations. Product that has been cut or altered in any way will not be eligible for warranty. The warranty applies to product only and does not relate to the costs incurred for shipping fees or labor-related fees for installation or removal of products. Please contact Ewing for specific warranty return procedures.
